To All presenters of the 52nd National Graduate Research Conference:

According to the surveillance and prevention policy for the pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Graduate School Burapha University, therefore, has changed format of research presentation of

the 52nd National Postgraduate Research Conference to be Virtual Conference using the form of online presentation. Guideline for the
presenters from the following:

1. Preparation for the online presentations

    The presenters must a powerpoint file and a video clip to use in the presentation.

     Oral Presentation

    1)  The presenter must record a video clip of
your own presentation (file type uses Mp4 or AVI), approximately 10 – 12 minutes in
length, not more than 100MB in size. The Power Point file and presentation can be presented in Thai or English. The video presentation must contain both research contents on the slides and yourself presenting (with a small window) on the screen.

     2) Submit
the clip video and powerpoint file by save as: name of
the presenter_# code (such as HM-001_Joseph). You will be assigned ‘# code’ after sedning your full paper to
the conference by email: 52ngrc@go.buu.ac.th no later than 30 April 2021. 

2. Details of preparation for online presentation

     1) The presenter must begin with introduce yourself:

          – Name and last name

          – Position (a master or doctoral student),

             Faculty and Department of studying

          – The study title

     2) The presenter must use powerpoint template provided by the conference (Download template here)

     3) After finishing record the video clip, please save as your name_code (such as HM-001_Joseph)

     4) The Chair of each session will play the presenters’ VDO presentations. The presenter must be in the session (online room) through Google Meet on Friday 28 May 2021, and be in the online system from the beginning until completion of the session. At the end of the session, the presenter must answer questions from audiences.

     The organizer will post the google meet link and schedule for each session on the website http://52ngrc.buu.ac.th

     5) Please dress modestly both during presenting video record and attending the online conference on Friday 28 May 2021.

3. Consideration of presentations

     3.1 Video clip of the presentation must be correct in the form of Graduate School Burapha University

    3.2 The presenter access and remain in the online session according

to time limit, as well as responding all questions from audiences.

4. Full paper (e-Proceedings) and Certificate

     4.1 Full paper (e-proceedings) and list of experts will be download

from the website http://52ngrc.buu.ac.th/ on 30 May 2021.

     4.2 The organizer will send certificate to the presenter by e-mail.

*** If you do not attend the online conference on the schedule session on Friday 28 May 2021, Graduate School Burapha University would reserve the right not to publish your works in e-Proceedings and did not issue you certification ****
